It really depends. I tend to find Kylo lasts longer, but gets hit more often in fights, so unless you run a healing member, he gets one good high damage and then lights out. Dooku hit's a bit weaker, but the fact he can get I believe up to 4 attacks is pretty bs in it's own right.
