Kyrotech farm

I just finished farming a couple of hundred Kyro prods for SLKR. Definitely not a bad way to go if you can do 3 refreshes per day. The 20% rate shown above feels right with my recent experience.

The true drop rate when farming is around 20%, so they are definitely cheaper farmed than bought in the stores.

It all depends on where you’re at with farming etc. At the moment I’m doing 10 sims a day on Armourer (13 shards to go) and Dark Trooper (225 shards to go) but after them I have no other characters or ships to farm. So I usually spend the rest of my energy on Kyrotech farming.

Are you sure about the 20% droprate? I thought they were supposed 10%? Or is it the g12+ gear pieces that has 10%?

G12+ is also around 20%

I've a rule, that have helped me a lot with Kyros, ALL my GAC currency is for Kyros only, nothing else, no matter how desperate I'm to get another piece of gear, just kyros

Also, for farming I didn't find them as bad when I did for my SLKR, just like any other piece out there, somedays where good, some where bad

Also, I always prefer to use energy instead of buying the pieces for crystals on stores, only exceptions are the gold eyeballs prototype parts for example (those that cost 750 for 50 pieces)

I'm going to be pedantic and say that's not what the confidence interval means. It's not that the actual droprate falls in those values; it's that 95% of intervals we construct in that way from different samples will fall around the true droprate.
