I have my St Han up to 214 speed (229 under Lando) so there are few foes who go faster than I. Han Solo is pretty sweet for getting a stun off on Rex, palpatine, or opposing St Hans. I think he could be replaced by IG-88, that AOE ability block in conjunction w palpatine stun is huge. Lando is the real star of the show, I don't have the crit damage mod set (just the crit damage triangle) and he goes off for about 15k on the mega AOE. Best of luck!
