I always thought that when your leader dies, their ability continues until the end of the battle. I saw people who back this up as well but then others who say when they are defeated it stops. Can som...

Hmmm, interesting. I could have sworn that the remaining toons are not sharing after I eliminate Hera. I will have to watch their exact behavior closely today.
In any case, removing Hera first definitely removes her Backup Plan ability aka rez which is a royal pain in the backside.
