If you are starting from scratch you probably won't see CLS for a looong time because it requires 5 particular toons at 7*. Zetas? If you are Lucky to be pooled in a fairly new fleet arena shard you will receive plenty of tokens from day one to build up your fleet. However, you won't be able purchase zetas for a long time.
The key word here is patience. Patience, young padawan. Pretend, that all 2 year old shards and experienced players don't exist. Just compete with peoplw on your own shard. And plan your farms right. And remember to have fun along the way.
