How are your mods on your arena squad? Level and gear isn't everything. If your mods grant too little speed etc. you will be an easy target.
And do you play during your pay—out time? Playing your arena battles during the final hour before your pay—out is more rewarding. And if you then see that you can reach a higher reward tier by refreshing your arena for 5 new battles, it will pay off. Doing the same at all other times of day may be a waste of crystals.
Your fleet arena rank is actually quite good. Just being in top—200 rewards you plenty of tokens to develop your fleet and/or buy zeta materials. No sweat there. However, what is your fleet and how strong are your crew members? For squad arena you focused on Phoenix. Are you using their 2 ships as well? Or are you using the standard Biggs + target lockers? Do you have the ships required to unlock the zeta challenges?
