So I have Phoenix at GS 8 some at 9 all Omegas filled and at 83-85. I still get creamed in PvP. I go from 500 back to 1500 between 1am pst when I stop playing and when I get up at 8 am pst. It’s really annoying because Phoenix should not fail that horribly. And the teams I see in my place are level 76 crud Empire teams in Gear 7. Same with fleets.
