If you start over, spend the money on crystals and buy refreshes smartly as people has said, BUT add at least 1 arena refresh per day. It helps a lot to get extra rsnk early in a new server. Use those crystals gained un the arena and keep leveling fast. That give you a competitive este over the rest. Stay top 10 at least and you'll have a strong start. Then spend your resources wisely, now that you know what chars you like/want.
