Level caps nov 2020
I don’t understand level caps anymore. They’re not all the same for all the characters? I thought it was lvl 85 for all characters but I only have Admiral Ackbar and Scav Rey leveled that high, work...

I can take Ugnaught from level 1 to 85. The droids beneath his portrait are the ones being used for this levelling. The large box shows what I have left after the upgrade.
This box will be empty for you when you assign the droids to take Logray to level 53 as suggested by your reply to be, as you will have ran out.
Here you will see the results applying the droids you said you had in your inventory. It's just enough to take Ugnaught to level 52:
