Leviathan v’s Leviathan

After the “fix” update for the leviathan I cannot win L v’s L battles. My fleet gp is higher, I have better mods etc but no matter what I do I simply cannot beat them. If I’m lucky enough to go first it still doesn’t matter as my opponent will always get his ultimate off before me. My ships seem to do zero damage and barely land any debuffs. I’m using what everyone else uses for the starting lineup but it doesn’t matter. Very disappointing and a waste of $$$$
