For a DS squad. Typically folks swap to a thrawn ep Vader tie Tarkin squad after Phoenix, Largely because Phoenix gets you both ep and thrawn , vader from achievements and fleet, Tarkin Cuz you want to use his capital ship to start so you can get the fleet mat challenge beat. And tie cuz he is fast and useful in both arenas to start .
