I usually kill cannons like TP, DM, 88, etc first
Next is Sid and/or Dooku
Then Lumi + utility (phasma, etc.)
I find that if I can avoid the healing debuffs and any blockers I do fine (after the cannons)
Tanks, Barriss, etc last.
