There is no set answer, it depends who I am running and who I am facing.
if I am running my Jedi team anyone with anti-Jedi skills is a must (Bane,Maul etc)
If I am running high damage, healers go first.
Etc..
Even then it gets situational, for example:
If the opposite team has lots of debuffers and a Vader, Vader is a must to die quick.
The opposite goes for if I am running debuffs and they have an Akbar. (He must die.) etc.
If the are running Old D and Ewok Elder the two have to die, EE and then OD most likely.
Every match is different, you have to assess and decide, it's what makes the game fun.
