I assume it isn't seen because it is fairly difficult to do, and usually not necessary. I am on a December shard and only one other person currently in the top 30 is running Wiggs; mine are by far the faster, and I run one of the fastest STH's on the shard (at only 186). My shard is currently flooded with droids and EP, with a sprinkling of Lando leads (though no Wiggs). Really, so long as I can go before your EP, I win.
