Some ideas for his kit improvement
Taking inspiration from GAS - Let some of his attacks hit twice. Adding armour shread is good too
Taking inspiration from Vader - curling blade is something missing from LV. Something that does massive damage to single target based on the amount of debuff on the opponent
Lastly ... Let him have health regen and recovery for himself and his team.
