Lots of question

Im level 63. Already 7* phoniex. Just waiting for levels to level up and gearing phoenix for 7* thrawn and palp. Farming shard for empire (palp, thrawn, vader, tarkin and mara) while also farming geo ships and geo char shards. Is what im doing wrong atm? Should i just focus one thing? Should i upgrade my empire skills and abilities rn? Should i wait to get 7* thrawn and palp first? My dark side prog and fleet battles are not good. WHAT TO DO????
