Yeah, its pretty funny how LV is hard countered by JML since he has no cleanse or taunt ignore. If they hadnt nerfed GAS and JKL it probably would have been a very onesided battle, something that they probably noticed during development.
If youre asking me they probably gave LV a whole lot of weaknesses (AB, enemy cleanse, needing underestimated which only ramps up against Jedi/GR etc.) intentionally, because they are already looking towards the next meta and want to make it easier to design a new GL that curbstomps him.
