Magma or stormtrooper for my empire team?

Magmatrooper. He's better in raids, which is all you'll end up using either for in 4 months unless you are going for Imp Troopers squad.

Also Snow's gear table is bonkers. Dude wants like 6 cuffs.

Rediculous! I have him with enough to 7* and will almost certainly never stick a credit or gear piece into him, because that is a bonkers amount of cuffs.

Who would you recommend for my empire team if I just choose anybody?

I'm having a lot of issues with the 6 star empire R2 event level. The R2 team rolls over my squad without mercy. I have Veers (L), Storm, Magma, Death and Snow, all 6 stars, all 70 oe higher.

TFP is incredibly useful, and your squad lacks a serious damage dealer.
