Malak Gameplay
is there anything in Malaks or DR's kit that states Malak will come out of a stun without losing a turn? Im pretty sure that during a stun, you have to gain TM to get out of it and then lose said turn...

Absolutely right, for evidence you can see that he lost Taunt between his turns.
