Malak or GAS
Currently i have Malak at 6* 20/100 shards. When i unlock GAS in few days should i spend my GET 1 to finish 7* Malak or only on GAS ?

Wait until you can star before investing small amounts of resources at a time. At least that'll give you some time to make more informed decisions.
This. There's no reason to be sitting on 20/100 if you don't have the GET already in the bank and are bursting up over the course of a few days.
If you don't have a stockpile of GET, then draining your account to zero so you can have 20/100 - which functions exactly the same as 0/100 - denies you the flexibility. If you do decide to go GA$, then you're 20 shards worth of GET behind. If you decide to finish Malak, since you have to wait for more events to build up GET, you're not even an hour behind.
Stockpile at the very least until you can burst an entire star, though I actually stockpiled until I could just straight up finish Malak. You never know what CG is going to do and/or release, so spending when it can't help you (like to get 20/100) just denies you the flexibility to adjust with the changing times without providing any advantage in the interim.
Learn to hoard. Spend when it absolutely matters and you know what you want to do. Spend nothing at any other time.
