Malak/Thrawn Question
Why does Malak gain turn meter while fractured? Fracture reads, "Speed set to 0, can't gain buffs, bonus Attacks, or bonus Turn Meter." Shouldn't his turn meter stay where it is at the time of fractur...

CBM prevents debuffs from sticking, it doesn't matter what kind of debuff it is. It's not getting resisted or evaded, it simply doesn't get applied at all.
