Omis / Datacron?
Malgus had all omis except unique (I think). R5. no datacron, and used HK as 5th (DR, BSF, Malak), so may have been easier than if used DT or other sith as 5th
Definitely easier in lots of aspects compared to a top-notch malgus. HK means malgus doesn't get all his bonuses. He also needs high health so r5 isn't going to be great and no datacron on top of that as well.
