It's not doubt. It's because of the L9 DC, Malgus is able to spam his second special on every turn. That special dish out irresistable CD increase by 1.
If you’d of bothered to read the post he had a g12 talon so no datacron was active.
Needless to say running a full team of sith or with tanks would guarantee his ult even with the datacron, or if your that bad at the game SEE has a datacron that speeds up his ult, but I highly doubt a malgus team would kill a full side before SEE got his ult.
