Mandalorians (IG-12)

There is no randomness on that ability. The ally you pick will attack. 

IG-12 also has a unique that means a random LS Mando will assist when IG-12 uses a special. Maybe that’s what you’re seeing? But if you pick BKM when using No No No, she will assist, unless a debuff or something in the target enemy’s kit prevents her from doing so.

Why do I even bother ... Also no, she isn't affected with anything that would prevent assists. I know how debuffs work and what they do, You're not the only one that knows how to play the game.

Ideally you don’t put quote marks around something that somebody didn’t say. There is no randomness in that ability. 

If you’re going to misquote and dismiss people who try to help you, then I too wonder why you even bother.

Call other target ally to assist. Inflict Blind and Daze on all enemies for 2 turns, which can't be evaded. Dispel all buffs from all enemies and Stun target enemy for 1 turn.

If The Mandalorian (Beskar Armor) is an ally at the start of battle, IG-12 & Grogu gains the Scoundrel tag for the rest of battle. IG-12 & Grogu has +100% counter chance. For each Light Side Mandalorian ally at the start of battle (excluding summoned allies), IG-12 & Grogu gains 20% Max Health.

At the start of IG-12 & Grogu's turn, all Light Side Mandalorian allies recover 10% of his Max Health. If they're at full Health, they gain Offense Up and Protection Up (10%) for 1 turn instead. Whenever IG-12 & Grogu uses a Special ability, a random other Light Side Mandalorian ally assists, gaining additional effects depending on the ability used.

If there are no other allied combatants at the start of a turn, IG-12 & Grogu escapes from battle.

basically:

when you use No. No. No. and target Bo she will assist, but also one other random ally will assist

however you did say you targeted Bo and she did not assist, which would not be possible unless:

1. you are up against someone who prevents assists (like Darth Revan)
2.  Your Bo-Katan is inflicted with Daze or other debuffs like Frustration (1 Stack), Confuse (2 Stacks) blah blah there are other debuffs that prevents assists
