Does Mando disintegrate work against GL Rey or Kylo ?

no. GL's take "massive damage" from "destroy effects" (not from raid bosses obv) so iirc that's 99,999 damage or something like that (99k maybe?) from things like annihilate, ipd bomb, execute/disintegrate
