Yes. Blaster fire wins over KRU running up to someone and slashing them.
I’ve also noticed that even though GMY is slower, he does get foresight after attacking late (opponent at > 50% health before mass assist) and I think he also gets defense penetration after his attack is over if the assists drops it below 50% health
Need to double check this info on GMY
He gains the buff when he attacks (starts the animation) not when he deals damage. So in the case of a GK mass assist, GMY is going to gain the buff based on how much health the target has after GK lands the hit, which is when the assist animation starts.
