I’m also very curious for some proof. Seems like the character placement would be the most consistent and logical way to determine order of attacks... but it does seem like the animations are the determining factor. I’ve noticed it especially during Sep Droid battles in GTB, it seems like B1 will kill enemies with his assist before GG can get his attacks off on occasion, stripping me of the Sep Loyalty stacks. But how would you determine the orders when animations were the same speed? If it really is by animation speed... seems shoddy to me.
