Mechanics that punish out of turn attacks beside zTraya zPadme and Jawas?

I'm just curious. Basically those teams are ideal Geo counters because of OOT attacks, but are there others I'm not thinking of? Also, if you have never done it a 75000 GP Jawa team can take a 950...

I guess in a way General Hux could be one as it prevents counter attacks. It doesn't punish like Traya or Padme but it takes away the out of turn attacks.
