Is the shard per crystal ratio good for a F2P or would you advice not to refresh the event?

- If u don't have empire chars n ships maxed star yet, it's valuable. But if u have many empire n ship already at 7 stars it's useless. They will go to the shard shop
- bad deal. especially for F2P
