It's particularly useful in malevolence fleet, where you can force the ai to target vulture droids (m. Falcons middle special makes it untargetable) when you get bad rng and are left without much other ships outside of the vulture droids. This then feeds tm to malevolence allowing you to spam more cultures droids to the field and eventually get to the ultimate much faster

Then my better worded question should have been: Is Han's Falcon going to be useful in my GR fleet?

Not really. Would be of some use in a Separatist fleet if you had Malevolence unlocked.

Han's Falcon loses most of its best perks outside of a Rebel fleet.

It is usable in MANY fleets at 7*

Usable in general? Or does it have specific applications depending on enemy fleet? Or both?

I've seen it used as reinforcement in Malevolence and Negotiator fleets (the foresight is pretty useful).
