Mod drop rate

I even ALWAYS keep 4M credits on hand so I can buy a good mood when one shows up in the mod shop, but it's super rare that one shows up, even though it refreshes 4x a day, and I never miss one... I can easily go two weeks without seeing a single good mod that you can buy with credits...
Btw when you finish 5 of the 7 mod challenges you start to get better shipments there. (maybe u already know it) but again it's still not (anymore) possible to see there a worthy mod.
Not really that much of a difference for me.
And yes the drop rate of mods is beyond ridiculously low
