Mod Question: Offense v. Critical Damage
Is there a specific "critical chance" rate at which Critical Damage becomes more beneficial than Offense? I don't fully understand the mechanics of the "Offense" mods.

So 10% offense bonus < 30% cd increase above ~33.334%
