Mod Question: Offense v. Critical Damage
Is there a specific "critical chance" rate at which Critical Damage becomes more beneficial than Offense? I don't fully understand the mechanics of the "Offense" mods.

I like to use critical chance mods with cd triangle if the mod set is able to raise CC high enough, or else I will use crit chance mods with crit chance triangle that have high offense secondary boosts like +100 offense.
