Mod secondary speed max
What is the max for secondary speed on mods? I have a 24 and a 20.

- Ive heard its 30 but best ive seen is 26 my best is 23
- I heard 30 is max.. But it is 26 which is the highest one I have ever seen.
- Statistically 30 as the mod can increase by +6 each upgrade I believe. Realistically anything 25 or over is awesome!
