Yah you can use any character with mods but when everybody else has mods the character diversity will just continue to decline. Everyone using Old Ben/ Rey/ Qui Gon/ Royal Guard. You hit Rey with Rey, you win. Their Rey dodges, you lose. Every game. Ridiculously unbalanced.
