The problem is the set bonuses are all wrong, they seem to favor offense stats over defense.
Health Set is 15%, where as offense is 40%. Technically offense set is four pieces compared to a two set health, but if you double up on health its still 30% to 40%. So your taking 40% extra damage yet only have 30% health increase. Defense is the same way, 30% defense to 40% offense.
You can get the 15% Crit chance set, and 40% crit damage set on the same character. I don't know where to begin with speed, its 25%, that's a whole lot of speed for already fast characters that tend to be damage dealers in the first place. And whats worse is because its a percentage it helps the slow characters less than the fast ones.
Both potency and tenacity have terrible set bonuses, worse than health and defense in my opinion. 20% is really low for those stats, I thought I could put potency on Sidious to make him good again, but I would need all six to be potency for only 60% plus however much I get from the mods themselves, and that would probably still be less than my HK-47 who's natural Potency is 145%
These set bonuses need to be further evaluated and adjusted, unfortunately there's nothing that can done right away, so I'm probably going to drop really low before anything is fixed. I use a lot of slow but powerful characters like Vader, HK-47, Phasma, Snowtrooper, Royal Guard. Which was an ok team a few days ago, but now speed will likely be the meta again and my team won't stand a prayer against that.
