If you’re looking to boost offensive attacks, then offense sets with offense primaries and secondaries are your best all-around bet. There are a lot of defensive teams out there with Crit Avoidance, which would negate the effectiveness of CD and CC sets, and CD/CC primaries and secondaries as well.
However, there are a lot of nuances with the Geos. Soldier gains TM on a critical hit, so maybe you want to mod him for CC hoping he gets more total turns in. Soldier and Poggle call a targeted assist, so it might be to your benefit to use basic attacks to set up a really strong Special from Geo Spy.
There really isn’t going to be a single, simple, best solution to modding the Geos.... especially once Wat Tambor breaks on to the scene.
However, here is how I am (or planning) to mod my Geos:
Alpha: Health and Protection (helps Brute too)
Soldier: Crit Chance and Tenacity
Poggle: Speed and Tenacity
Spy: Offense, Offense, and more Offense
Sun Fac: Potency and Protection
With as much speed in the secondaries as possible
