Mods for JTRey

Question

Are there any main guidelines here?I feel that she needs some health and protection at first since she seems squishy at lower gear lvl but what's the endgame here?

She takes a ton of turns and gains a lot of foresight, and is easilly hidden most of the time behind R2 stealth.  Mod her as you would an attacker.  CD mods with good speed secondaires.  Offense secondaries are a plus too.

I am trying critical damage and protection with speed secondaries.
