Mods for Savage Oppress

Would he benefit more from Health or from defense mods? Or maybe another kind like crit something? Advice please.

Probably 6x crit chance set with potency cross, crit chance triangle, and speed arrow. He's tanky enough and won't be focused so you probably don't need to stack prot on him.
