I highly recommend speed mods.I did them before crit damage and dont regret it one bit.Crit damage mods take so much longer to farm good ones with great speed secondaries, and in the meantime, being faster is a huge advantage over slow crit damage mods.

@Empiric1 if anyone tells you speed is not the most important thing in the game, dont listen to them.I've been getting top payout in arena for a long time, and slower teams cant beat faster teams.

So because I'm still lvl 64 should I farm the 5 star health mods and aim for ones with speed secondary ?

I did not read everyone's suggestions here so I would like to apologize if i missed something...OP, here's my mod advice. Being picky about mods is an end-gamer's concern and nothing you'll want to be concerned with right now. With that said, having a plan for modding IS important. If you can farm 5* health mods, then keep farming them unless you can farm other 5* mod types.Right now, I wouldn't even think about upgrading a mod without speed secondary, but I have over 300 mods with speed seconds so I should be picky... https://swgoh.gg/u/speedokillz/mods/?stat2_5=1Here is the order of preference and my advice. #1 Priority is 5* mods only. Health mods are usually the first a player can get to 5* so don't wast any time farming lower ones because the stat bonuses on the 5* are going to be a better investment that a 4* of another type. The second priority is the Primary stat: Potency Crosses, Crit Damage/Chance Triangle, Speed Arrows, and Protection Circles/Crosses are what you want to look for as premium primary stats.Finally.. speed secondaries. If you wait around for a Crit Damage Triangle or a Tenacity Cross that has a speed secondary... grab a snickers, buddy cuz it could be a while. When you run into that premium mod, you can replace it on your arena team and move the relatively crappy mod to a pilot or something.Oh... and I always level a mod to 15. Some will say to only go to 12 to see what you're working with and they may be right. To me, I've made enough of an investment already that I'll put the mod on someone eventually...Good luck and hope that was helpful.

Best thing to do is use the mod store. Buy anything for credits with a speed secondary and also consider purchasing crit dmg triangles and potency crosses even if they don't have speed as they're quite rare.

I did them before crit damage and dont regret it one bit.

Oh and also buy any 4 or 5 star speed primary arrow mod. If buy 4 dot too if they have a speed secondary.

@Empiric1 I'm not sure about the minimum. I had them at 7* and zFinn so it was a cakewalk. There must be a guide somewhere on minimum requirements for speed mods.

Finn, Poe, Resistance Trooper, Resistance Pilot and r2 is what is used i think.

But to answer your other question, always go for 5 dot mods. I have a 4 dot square with 15 speed on gk, but he doesnt need offense, lol.

You only need them at 5* for the final tier. What matters more is that they're gear 7/8. You can move your best mods onto them when the time comes.

The first set challenge I would do other than health mods is the crit chance one that needs scoundrels as you need a scoundrel team for credits anyway and it's a good set to have.

Set is less important that stats, speed secondaries are god on mods.
