I don't see how you can "get 70 speed from a speed set" if the set bonus is 10% of your base stat. Like 10% of vader's base 110 speed equals 11 speed from that set bonus, divided by the 4 mods necessary, so you get less than 3 extra speed from each of those mods. Maybe I'm wrong about the base stat, but that's what I've heard, and that's why people say not to put too much emphasis on the set bonus. Are they all wrong?
