So i will unlock JKR soon...I have 3 Zetas to give...which Zetas are the most Important for the JKR Team?

Yeah, his leadership is best. honestly might say his unique is more important now than the direct focus, but I think those two are pretty even. All are pretty much required to make it a top team (with Jolee's unique and GMY's buff ability)
