Multi turns debuff(buff) and dispel

Question

Nest’s 2 turns daze can’t be dispelled by Rex’s Squad Discipline.But zYoda’s 2 turn foresight can be dispelled by Asaji at the first turn.What difference is there? Sorry for bad English.

You can’t cleanse debuffs away while Plagued.

Sorry, probably I did a mistake. My allies with Rex lead could not dispel the opponent Nest’s daze, but before squad discipline, my allies were plagued.
