Multiple Attack Glitch?

According to the description, FOTP can only lauch 2 attacks with his basic ability and Leia can lauch 3. However I've seen FOTP attack 3 times and Leia 4 times. It doesn't seem to be the effect from any passive or leader abilities. Can anyone explain?
