Nebit's distracting negotiations decrease itself cool down?
Was just wondering cause it does seem to pop back fast

They seem to be a pretty generally winning team for me against Phoenix, Geos, Ewok, if clones I drop Datcha for HK, even a few other teams. Oh, and I guess I should clarify against multi-zeta teams 20 k GP higher.
