Squad tournaments have been retired, no such thing anymore, feel free to spend all your ally points buying bronziums.
You can buy cantina energy REFRESH at 100 crystals a pop the first 3 times a day and cantina nodes have no limits. Hard nodes have a daily limit of 5, shipments are 4 times a day. Where else can you find a character to boost to 7* fast?
