If you want to stick with this guild until you get a 7* character, that's fine, but if you want to find a guild that is doing 4* raids until you get a 7* team that could work for you too.
But your end goal is to move up to a strong guild as soon as possible. If you are going to be moving guilds, it's best to do it before you get too attached.
