Start a thread in the guilds and recruitment forum. State what tier raid raid you want and that want a guild with 25k+ tickets a day and ask for responses. There's only so many guilds out there doing lower tier raids with half decent tickets. Those that there are recruit constantly looking for members because people want to move on to higher tier guilds very quickly and leave
