One area that I neglected way too long, was scoundrels. When the credit heist appears, every 10 days or so, you will want to be able to complete the highest tier that you can. You will hit a credit crunch, that will hold you back from what you want to do. Phoenix is good for Galaxy Wars, the second best place for credits.
The problem with advice is sometimes you get it from players that are higher in GP, and they will advise you on what to do to get certain characters, etc....I read your other thread, and some of the advice you were getting was prepping you for CLS and JT Rey. That is something that takes a long time, and if you get distracted, it takes even longer to get anywhere.
Crouching Rancor is a great site for Mods advice. Again, mods are something that will make or break a squad. But good mods don't come easy, and they get cost a lot of credits to upgrade. You won't get endgame mods done quickly.
