Well, as Catharsis, pointed out, I have a complete lack of scoundrels, except for Clone Wars Chewbacca of course, which everyone has. So I only have 1/3 scoundrels needed for the lowest tier of credit heist. On the advice of Catharsis and others, I'm now hauling **** on Scoundrels. I'm at 70/80 for Boba Fett, 10/25 for Dengar, 11/50 for IG-88, and I'm going to be getting Zam ASAP, and ST Han after IG-88.
I haven't heard anything about Greedo on this thread, though I know people use them in their scoundrel squads. He seems to be pretty easy to get.

I've resolved to spend $0 on this game. I can actually afford a small amount, like $5-10, but I won't buy anything because I want to be able look at everything I've accomplished in this game and know that I did it all completely F2P.

A lot of people don't really pick out a permanent Scoundrels team for Credit Heists, and either have to build up other characters for events (Territory Battles need Bounty Hunters and Captain Han; CLS needs Stormtrooper Han; JTR needs Veteran Smugglers, etc), or get access to characters like Raid Han that they use for their Arena. It looks like I'll be getting a lot of different scoundrels for different things. So I'll need a Bounty Hunter team, a Smuggler team, and ST Han. So, how does that affect whether I get Zam, Greedo, Cad Bane, Dengar, etc., and how far I level them up? And whether I invest more in Clone Wars Chewbacca? What I mean is, are each of them good for their eventual respective teams (Bounty Hunter, Smuggler, etc.)?
Veteran smugglers is just Veteran Han and veteran Chewie
Bounty hunters is just the ones with a bounty hunter tag. It will be very late game before you worry about it. Also there's only 6 bounty hunters.
